I am working in a facilty where the hr manager is hiring her family members who are not qualified to work in lead positions but they are. These people have been here 6 months while others have been here for years. We have contacted our corporate office but still no results or answers. Her family members sabotage work equipment leave, leave home early, and talk about all of their co-workers. Supervisors have quit and of course HR nor Corporate cares to do anything about the issues. Should I keep worrying? This place has me stressed out to the max.

She lied on the W2 info. I really dont want her to grt in trouble. Can she file an amended return to make all of this right. Please helpful info. I already know she screwed herself..

My return was accepted on the 16th. I haven't received anything in the mail and the IRS just tells me its still processing. Just curious if others are experiencing the same delay.

I have read in different areas that the form 8829 business use of a home is and then it isnt. Just curious to know if anyone knows for sure.

My status still shows processing you should receive by Feb 1st etc.

I filed on the 14th and it was accepted on the 16. Just curious to know if this would cause a delay with all of the different changes. Thanks!

If I have Schedule C losses will the IRS automatically audit my return. If so will the audit come before or after the refund? I have kept excellent records of my losses. This is my first year starting up a business and suffered losses. Just curious. I have read quite a few questions and blogs and it seems that Schedule C losses are a big deal.
