My boyfriend left me today; and aside from that I've been feeling terrible. I'm sick, fever, hot and cold flashes, cant eat or sleep..my cough was so bad last night that I threw up twice. I'm so weak and can barely move..but that probably has to do with my eating disorder too.

So the problem is, I'm so upset about the breakup, and I can't get out of my house to get over it!

I'm confined to these walls, to my head..I'm being forced to wallow in my angst because there's nothing else I can really do. I keep showering to break my hot/cold flashes and waste time but..

any idea of what else I can do to occupy my mind while I'm stuck here..?

I've been seeing two guys, but I really want to be with one of them. I've been seeing him for 2 months now, I spend the night with him almost every other day, and he treats me like a girlfriend, even when we are with his friends. I know he talks about me to them too, because they always know who I am before I meet new ones; and I know he isn't seeing anyone else. I want to stop dating other guys, and I want to be his. After our first sexual encounter I asked what his intentions are, and he said, "I like you Holly, and I'm just trying to see what happens". About a month later I asked again regarding his intentions and he asked, "Is something wrong with how things are at the moment?" and then "I really do like you Holly. A lot." I told him nothing was wrong of course, but now it's getting to me I mean, I'm really falling for him and I can't handle this much longer if it will never go anywhere.

How can I ask again without feeling like a nuisance? Or, what would be the best thing to say?

My friend's Siamese kitten(7 months old) is having some discoloration in his eyes. They are normally a vibrant blue color, but currently are more of a muddy olive color; not blue at all as they should be.

Any ideas?

So my boyfriend and I are both 20, he's had his license for years but I do not.

He wants to take me driving tonight in a parking lot, but I'm hesitant because I don't want him to get in trouble.

The law here in PA is that if you're being taught how to drive, the person teaching you must be at least 21; like I said, he's 20 and I don't have a permit.

If for some reason we got stopped, do you think we'd get off with just a warning?

He's determined to take me out but realistically he could lose his license until he's 21 so I'm just worried about him.

I've been working at Kmart for about 2 months now. I'm only 20..but I get along better with the older women who work there, and there's one woman in particular who is very nice, we'll call her Maude. I was shooting the breeze with another coworker this morning (Mary) and the subject of Maude came up; they are very close friends and she started talking about how she wants to get a room or apartment somewhere with Maude because she's being abused. According to Mary, Maude's son beats her and his wife(they both live with Maude).

Now Maude is a very nice old woman, and Mary is a very good friend of her's(so I don't think she'd be making this up) but is there anything I can do? I don't feel like I have any business bringing it up to Maude...but should I go to our HR representative or make an anonymous call to the Kmart HR hotline?

My albino pacman frog died, he was a baby, we've had him maybe a month and a half.

I fed him crickets a few times a week, dusted with calcium some days, and herpivite others. he had a red light that kept it 85-95 on the warm side, kind of a tree bark substrate, plenty of moss, 2 non-toxic plants, a small shallow water bowl and a hiding spot.

What did I do wrong?

I found him kind of dried up in the corner of his tank....but he was fine and hopping around last night.

So I have been put on Nuvaring, and this was my first month.

My three weeks were up today so I took it out..but since then I have felt like complete crap. Just a few hours after the removal I began getting achy, having light cramps, head ache, hot, and ridiculously moody. My boyfriend hasn't been able to stand me since he's come home from work. I'm sad, really uncomfortable no matter what position I'm sitting in, and everything is annoying to me..I feel very hostile. I never get PMS and I was on Ortho Tricyclin Lo for several years before stopping for a few months without any side effects, and now using the Nuvaring.

My question, is this normal? Will it get better? I'm on the verge of tears..or I want to scream..I don't know.

I have 2 more rings before I have to go back to the Planned Parenthood.

My bearded dragon, Teufel is about 4-5 months old. I probably shouldn't be worried so much because he's only been acting weird today but..

He keeps going to the corner of his cage and climbing against it..I thought he might just want attention so I had him out on my bed and he just tries to run away. Oh and he is not shedding.

So I had him out for a little while but he didn't really want to be held so I put him back in his tank again. He started climbing against the glass again. So I took him out for a bath, put about an inch of room temperature water in the sink, and put him in(this would be his second bath ever). He put his head down like he was drinking the water but then he closed his eyes, and after a few seconds I was worried and took him out. I put him back in a minute later and he went crazy, trying to climb out. So...back in his tank and hes doing the same thing. climbing at the walls. And when I reach in now he backs away..and I'm not reaching in in a threatening way, form the front or side gently, so he sees me. But he's just acting so antsy!

So my boyfriend and I want to move across the country (from Pennsylvania to Arizona) and I don't know how to tell my mom. It was easy for my boyfriend to tell his parents, they moved here from Germany a few years ago and figured their children wouldn't stay in PA forever. But my parents and grandparents have always lived in this area.

I just feel my mom would be really upset..we had a rough life and I'm the only one that stuck by her aside form her dad, (her mother passed 2 years ago, her sister moved away about the same time, my dad is in and out of jail & they've been divorced for 5 years, and my brother is trying to follow in my dads footsteps.) She has a boyfriend too that she lives with, but they're pretty much together so they're not alone, she has a place to live, and he has someone to cook for him. I lived here with them for a few years until moving out with my boyfriend, which she seemed sad about even though it was only 30 minutes away. I talk to her every other day and visit her every other week. And it's not at all that I'm her "baby", it's just that as I've gotten older we've grown closer.

Sorry for the life story but I thought some background was needed for something other than a "just tell her".

I really want to move out of the area when my boyfriend finishes school (which his parents pay for..), but it seems like all of our money is spent on necessities. We both pay rent, he pays for gas, and I pay for food.

I'm really cheap..I only buy store brand items unless there's a sale, always check the discounted section, and just buy inexpensive things in general; Ramen, Banquet TV dinners - only $1 each..etc.

I sew whatever holes I get in my clothes myself, we don't buy movies or CDs or anything, and don't have cable.

He only drives to and from work pretty much, I walk, bike, or take the bus anywhere I need to go.

Just wondering if I'm missing anything here, if there's something else I could do to save up? Thanks.

I've had to order a replacement screen for my laptop, so I've taken this opportunity to paint it as well; the case anyway. I have the sand paper, spray paint for plastics, and finishing gloss.....but I'm not sure how to go about doing the design.

It's going to be line green, but I want black leopard spots. I'm just looking for the easiest & most effective way to do this.

Stencils? Can painting them by hand maintain the smooth texture?

I have an interview Thursday at Philly Pretzel Factory. I don't have a problem at all with covering my arms if that's their rule; but it's really hot and I'd rather not unless I absolutely have to.

And before anyone says something about the tattoos, I'm a tattoo artist as well, just recently relocated.

My laptop's screen is broken and while I waited for the new screen, I would plug it into a monitor for use.

I was sent the wrong replacement screen but didn't realize that until I had already taken the screen area of the laptop apart.

My question is, can I still hook up my laptop to the external monitor, is it safe, even though the original screen has been disconnected and taken out?

I don't feel like going through all the trouble of putting it back together if I don't have to, thanks.

There's been a cricket virus going around, and I was wondering if anyone had any information on whether or not it can be transferred to other species?

I have a a young bearded dragon; and he loves his crickets.

I got a baby bearded dragons few days ago, the guy at the pet store recommended calci-sand which I bought from him, but after reading a bunch of horror stories about the sand I went out last night and got my baby the terrarium liner.

Any tips on how to keep it flat? I have his basking rock, bowl, and climbing/hiding plastic tree on one end which helps, but it's so wavy that the crickets climb under it and I have to keep pulling it up to get them out.

So, to start from the beginning..I went to the ER yesterday because of a severe allergic reaction to my hair dye..the same dye Ive used for 5+ years; they prescribed me two medications, and I got a dosage of each while I was there. As soon as I got home the right side of my face began swelling up(my forehead was swollen before so I didn't think much of it), but when I woke up this morning the other side of my face was swollen as well and I could barely see from my right eye..so back to the ER!

Turns out I was allergic to the antibiotic as well.

Now the swelling has gone down, but the top of my cheeks/bottom eyelids are still swollen and look somewhat transparent like bubbles or blisters. I called the hospital to talk to a doctor and he just told me he couldn't give medical advice over the phone; so I asked if I should come back in and he would not give me any input at all.

I have never been allergic to anything/had any allergic reactions before, so has anyone ever had a swollen area turn into a blister?

There's a movie I saw a few years ago..I believe the title had something to do with puppies someone was giving away from a box in the beginning; but the movie was about a teenage boy holding a bank hostage..I remember his girlfriend getting her first period while this was happening, and at the end he's pulling a flower out of his pocket for her but he's shot because the police thought it was a gun.

Anyone know the title, if this made any sense..?

So I've worked at this bakery/sandwich place since late last summer; since then my boyfriend and I have moved in together and (I do not drive) he drops me off at work on his way to school in the morning. The semester is over mid May and he'll be taking the summer off; so I'm getting a job I can walk to from here, but I don't know how to tell my boss I need to leave. I can't afford a car hence why I don't drive, and I take buses a lot but I'd have to take 6 buses everyday to get to and from work.

Its a privately run place, my boss, her son, husband, me, and 1 other woman work there; she relies on me for a lot more than just baking and I feel really bad...even worse that I've been putting if off, but she's always talking about the future of the business and opening up another place, and me being in charge of teaching future new employees our techniques....etc.

All in all, she can be moody as hell working with her family, but she's a nice woman and I don't know how to quit without making her cry.

My boyfriend and I have been together for a year and a few months.

We just moved in together, about a month ago, but we stayed with each other every night before that. He's been acting distant the past two weeks, I've been getting upset and paranoid and he only made me feel worse by getting angry at my emotions.

Last night, he told me he wasn't sure if he loves me anymore. He doesn't know what changed, and he doesn't know how he feels. But he does care about me deeply and is physically and emotionally attracted to me still. He said for the past two weeks he's felt this way. I told him it would be logical for us to at least try to make this work...throwing this long of a relationship away for an unsure feeling he's only had a couple weeks wasn't worth it; we fought and cried for hours...but he kept saying no.

He drove me to my friend's house...any maybe an hour later he came back. He said he never really left, just drove around the block and parked..he was crying too hard too see the road.

He fell to his knees crying, turns out he does want to try. He wants to take it slow, like friends..give him space...but we are still "in a relationship" and live together and sleep in the same bed; and he is not interested in finding someone else.

He asked me out on a "date" two Saturdays from now.

Has anyone else been here? Is it worth it? is it a waste of more time and more tears?

I've never been more sure of just how much I love him and I'm so miserable.

So background on my hair: I'm a natural redhead, I've dyed it black many many years.

A few months ago I dyed my hair "red wine"; I lightened it slightly as I wanted the Red color pretty dark.

It was semipermanent but never washed out completely and has stayed as a magenta.

So I'm attempting to go blonde; as white as possible, and after the first bleaching session my roots have gone pretty white but the rest of my hair has barely changed at all..

so my question is:

Do I need to use a stripper such as color zap to get the pinkish stuff out or will another bleaching gradually lighten it?

And I know about the damage of bleach and all of that. I'd appreciate an answer to my question, not criticism.
