I was wondering if this was good? I'm not looking to make lots of money off of selling, my dad was recently incarcarated and got a divorce, and step-mom took his retirement and left him with the house knowing he couldn't pay for it. (She's real nice) So I'd like to just sell it to not have the foreclosure, but I was just wondering if anyone had ever done business with this company before?? Or if you know of any other businesses that buy homes quick??? (austin,tx area)

and would like to elope! Anyone know if you can do anything like that on a saturday or sunday? Nothing fancy just want to get married?

My dad was recently sentenced to 20 yrs for lets say a BAD DIVORCE gone wrong (don't want to go into detail, I'm not looking to debate) and I want to do something about this. We're appealing but I want to do more.

I'm 3 months pregnant and my fiance and I are having problems. He's just not grasping (I don't want to say understand I don't expect him to understand) the whole pregnancy. He thinks him staying away is better than being around because he makes me angry and we fight a lot! My emotions are reactions to some things he wont let go. This was an unexpected pregnancy, but we were both very excited. Does anybody know of any good books. He had heard of one but doesn't remember the name. We're seperated now and he doesn't want to budge and I want things to work and think they can we're just running out of ideas especially since he won't budge on what I call "unhealthy" living lifestyles. Especially when our child gets here.

So anything to help him understand what and why I am the way I am and help him understand what I'm going through. Thanks a million!!!!

I can't remember what I was watching, but on this TV show they put drops of visine in a drink/food and later the person was sick? Can this really happen????

I'm two months pregnant and am trying to prevent stretch marks and am using palmer's cocoa butter but the scent absolutely makes me sick!! Any other suggestions????

My credit is pretty bad (560) and I'd like to get a loan for the purpose of debt consolidation. Also, I don't know if it would help, but I receive annuity payments of 750 monthly and on my bday I will recieve 15,000. (Father put me in a bad bind now with his divorce) and I'm going to be married so I'd like to take care of my credit soon we'd like to buy a house and it has already stopped us and is causing problems! Will my bank help or is there a loan I can get? My debt is around 8,000 and is mainly student loans and a couple of credit cards. Any ideas?? Please help!

I have roughly about 8000 in debt mainly student aid and a credit card and several other small items. How bad is debt consolidation on your credit score. I believe I'm around 560 for a score. Or is there anything else I can do?? (other than the obvious which is paying it off right away...)

I will be recieving 15,000 on my birthday in April and I'd like to invest or something 5,000 of it. Is it possible to do that now without the money?? And the money is from an annuity so it's coming. Need more details let me know! I know this is probably a silly question, but it never hurt to ask!

I would like to surprise my fiance for his b day next year and fly our families out to Vegas and get married, but I don't even know where to begin. Also, I'd like to pay for room and/or flight for our immediate family. It's about 13 people. If anyone has any info or any travel agents out there.... help please!!
