Do you have any tips for treating common boxing injuries like minor cuts and swollen lips, besides the obvious solution of cleaning it thoroughly?

  • How to deal with a significant reach advantage?

Hey. I'm a student in a small martial arts club, and I'm the tallest guy there, with long limbs and an outfighting style that focuses on kicks and straight punches. Nobody else knows quite how to deal with it- and never having fought a giant, I'm at a loss to give them advice on how to deal with it.

How can I help my sparring partners kick my rear? What are your best strategies for dealing with someone who has a significant height and reach advantage- tactics, drills, mindsets?

  • Does anyone know of a 24-hour pizza or other food delivery place in the Annapolis, MD area?

And why is it so difficult to find one? This is America, dammit...I ought to be able to have pizza, subs, Italian, Chinese, and *performing bears* delivered to my doorstep 25 hours a day. :-)
