  • How to permanently stop McAfee anti-virus from creating a desk top short cut?

After the last update McAfee anti-virus keeps creating a desk top short-cut. I delete the short cut & every time I restart or turn on my computer, run an update or runs a scan the short cut is there back after I have deleted it. I tried the McAfee on line solution to no avail.

  • Where is the service center for a Braun Thermoscan type 6013 in the Philippines?

The whole LCD is blinking. I already followed the reset procedure in the owner's manual and the advise is to contact Braun. CMP Incorporated 2206 Venture Street, Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa City the local Philippine Braun distributor informed me that they don't handle service for this product. I was told that Braun sold off their Thermoscan division. Where do I go to now for service.
