Tried running Mcafee security but when it opens it's just white and blank. Anyone know how to fix it?

1) for the past 2 weeks i have been having these headaches that are like a stabbing pain near my right temple and it is tender to touch around the right lobe. anyone know what is wrong?

2) for about a month i have had a pain in the left side of my stomach also a stabbing like pain and it hurts the most after i have eaten. Also when i don't eat i get nauseous and almost feel like throwing up. anyone know what is wrong?

yesterday my ipod touch was working fine then today i try to plug my headphones into the jack but they would not go in all the way. i tried cleaning it out but they still dont go in. anyone know what the issue is? also theres nothing wrong with the headphones i tried three different kinds and they all had the same result

when i try to watch videos, play an online game, or a website has ads the pictures shift to the top left corner of the screen. anyone else have this issue/ know how to fix it?

i have seen two doctors already about the possibility of having hyperthyroidism and both have sent me for blood tests to see if i have an abnormal amount of t3/t4 levels but the tests come back normal. my question is it possible to have normal levels and still have hyperthyroidism? i have basically all the symptoms nervousness, excessive sweating, high blood pressure, difficulty sleeping, sensitive to heat, sharp sudden pains located where the thyroid is, slight weight loss, and there is a family history on both sides of my parents with thyroid issues.

I have been to the doctors twice and they sent me to get blood tests done to see if i have a high t3/t4 levels but both times they came back normal and my doctors told me not to worry about it. I did research on hyperthyroidism and i show most symptoms excessive sweating, nervousness, lack of sleep, muscle weakening, tremors, and a few others signs. Also in both my mother's and father's families there have been issues with thyroids in almost all of them. Should i get another opinion or just let it be.
