A lot of bands I want to play like Atreyu and Bullet For My Valentine use this tuning, but my guitar (Fender Stratocaster) just seems to go out of tune very quickly.

My girlfriend of 3 months broke up with me a little over a week ago. It wasn't an ugly split, she just said she wasn't happy (I personally think she was really stressed out with work and school and I caught the brunt of it, but we did have our problems). Now all of a sudden she sent me an email forward, nothing too meaningful, just a silly joke, which wasn't even something that you would read and think "I HAVE to send this," and I was the only one she sent it to (and keep in mind, she NEVER forwards any emails). Could this mean she's still thinking about me and maybe trying to get back in touch? We just met one night and I asked her out, we were never "just friends." If so, how should I proceed? I would think send her a joke or something next time I get one and then let her call me or write me if that's what she really wants. Good idea?

I'm a screenwriter and am looking to write a script about a real-life infamous murderer (who died a couple years ago). Do I need to obtain rights to do this or is this something that can be done because the information is public record and I have access to people with first-hand knowledge of the case.

I heard a copy got leaked onto the internet and I'd love to read it.

When me and my girlfriend first started dating a couple months ago, she thought I was the greatest guy she ever met. The only problem is I've let myself get insecure thinking things were too good to be true and now she's picked up on that and I know that insecurity is the kiss of death in a girl's eyes. I've tried to talk about it, but she says I'm being too dramatic and making a big deal every time we have a disagreement, which makes me seem even MORE insecure. It seems like she's not happy with me and we don't have any fun anymore (she even turned her claddagh ring around to have the heart facing outward again). But still she hasn't broken up with me or even said that she wants to (even though she thinks we're on different relationship levels). Could she still be holding out hope that we can go back to the way things were? Or is there probably no chance I can turn this around?

I've been dating my girlfriend for a few months . At first everything was great. I never felt that way about anyone and she felt the same. But, I have a tendency when things start to go well for me, i wait for the bottom to drop out. Problem is when you think something's going to go wrong, you project that something is wrong. Now we fight constantly and the thing that I didn't want to happen IS happening. Then I try to sit down and talk every little thing out which is coming off as too dramatic and insecure and it's like I'm a completely different person around her, like I can't relax and be myself anymore. What can do to send things back in the right direction?
