i have diagnosed autism and ocd. i have meltdowns daily sometimes lasting hours. 

in these meltdown i hit, smack, punch and use objects against my head. often i end um with a sore to touch scalp. 

these hits can go until i have an immediate headache. whats the damage i could be causing?? 

Around 5 months ago i started to lactate. I am not pregnant. i have been to drs etc and they cannot find a reason why. 

Would it be okay for me to start pumping my milk? i leak alot on my clothes but struggle to hand express because of the size of my breasts. 

i can still do it but it’s difficult and takes an extreme long time. should i use a manual or electric pump if thats okay?. 

I forgot the name of a ds game from my childhood. It was in a tree spa thing with not human creatures amd you had to make drinks and bath them ect. Sound familiar? 

My bedroom does not have a door. We are renting the house and it didnt have one when we moved in. I really need a door. Ive asked my mum and she says “i like it how it is” or “you dont need one”. Jow can i convince her to give me a door without her thinking im doing drugs or something bad. I just want to be able to masturbate and get dressed in peace.

I have alot of dark, very raised purple self harm scars from cuts that needed stitches (some got stitches some didnt) and deep burn scars. They have been the same for almost a year. Wont disappear at all and are extremely visible. The are all down my arms and legs. How do i fade them. I know i shouldnt have dont it in the first place, im clean and i got help.

So ive broken an ankle before and that hurt, i was at dance classes. The doctors asked questions blah blah it was an accident. But what if someone purposely broke their bone? The doctor would ask what happened "oh i broke it on purpose". Then what? Thats quite a concern, what do they do? I mean the person just broke a bone on purpose.

Is it normal to want to injure myself to the extreme of getting hit by a car, breaking a bone, other reckless things just for the fun of it?

I have been told i could have it. Idk what it is.

I dont necessarily want cancer, but some sort of disease to put me in hospital and that may kill me. I dont want to commit suicide and im not suicidal. I just crave the need of hospital and something that will make me different. I dont want a normal life anymore. I have been in hospital, so so many times (mental hospital, broken bones, surgery ect ect). I was in hospital for a month at once for attenpting suicide (that was my longest out of the many stays) i recovered an am no longer suicidal. I now have a 'happy free life'. But i dont want that.

I have an obsession with wabting to go to hospital. I want to be there as a 'perminant' stayer. I dont knoe why but i crave it so badly. I will injure myself to an extreme if i have to. A luttle background info on me; i have depression and anxiety. I take meds and see a phycologist. Ive been in hospital so many times. Alot. How can i make myself there for a while. I crave it so much, the secure feeling, the feeling of being looked after, the want to be closed of. I dont want to go back to a mental hospital though. Been to those too many times.

Can i go to hospital for bulimia? Im really fat (about 65kg and 5 foot 5) and i am disgusting. I throw up after eating and also consume large amounts of food to then throw up. If i cant throw up i just dont eat. Can i go to hospital for that? Will i be tubed? Any stories from people with experience?

So my boyfriend is so kind to me and does so much for me. I really wanna treat him someway. Go out on a date and i pay? Buy him something? Idk what to do. He does so much for me and says that i do alot for him but i want to be able to treat him because he always treats me. Any ideas? Thx.

So im not skinny. Thats that. Im just not. In not obese but i am chubby. Im not fat, but i am chubby. Can i go to hospital/ ED clinic if im not underweight? Ive had qn eating disorder for 3 years now, ive starved myself, threw up, binged and purged, i hate it all and i cant stop. But is it possible that i will be in hospital even if in not underweight? People whith eating disorders arent always sticks, right? Like i want to be heckin 40kg and i wont stop till i get there.

I usually get my cigs from friends but that costs them money. I am under age, im 15 but i look around 17. Where can i buy my cigs from. I live in Australia btw. Please help. :) also ojly ACTUAL answers or tips pls

So from my last post i have started smoking alot more, so now its every day. I decided to try and quit and im doing well, but ive got cigs still and i need to know where to hide them. I know the damage blah blah, thats why im quiting :) but i dont want to throw them out. 1 every now and then is okay if it means i wont self harm.

Dont say 'your too young' or 'just stop'.

Im 15 and i smoke only sometimes. Maybe once every 1-2 weeks. But every time i am so so scared my mum can smell it. We live in a very small house so i usually smoke at school or in the bath.

I will always wash myself after, brush my teeth, use mouth wash and turn on the air fan thiny in the bathroom. Then i put on deodorant.

Does that work? I dont know if i still smell or not.

Please please give tips to help get rid of the smell. I only smoke so that i dont cut myself as im trying to stop that addiction.
