I know about the S.of.Lib and Stn I.ferry...was wondering aobut NYSE, can you visit it?..and how long a walk would it be from Battery pk to the Brooklyn brdg?

anything else worth seeing in this area?

can you catch a subway in battery park to take to coney island?

what would it cost to take a cab from Laguard to times sq, some have said theres a set rate of 40 bucks, but some say there isnt a set rate...which is it?

seems a shuttle with ny airport service would be cheaper..

I think it was here where I read Coney Island was closing soon, is it closing this year?

what about by subway..is there a stop near it?, can you get off the subway and be within walking distance to Coney?

And is it worth seeing etc

what would the parents like..I'm gonna send them to a show this fall.

well, we've decided to send mom and dad to nyc for their annvrsry, i think they will love it.

The Statue of lib....theyre gonna be there for just 3 days and dont want them to be in long lines when they could be doing other things...should they do the Staten I Ferry and skip the St of Lib and Ellis..?

But.. i've read that Ellis Islnd and its museum are great, emotional,etc... so if Ellis is a 'must see', I'll tell them to do the Statue n' Ellis ferry not the Staten Ferry..

So, looking for advice..from new yorkers and those who've been to Ellis I ...thanks

Just curious to know the name of this deli/joint in manhattan..

I walked by it, it was after midnite, it was still open...I think I was on Amsterdam and around 71st or so....what stood out was the 'look' of the place, it was 'different' looking and had funny signs on the windows saying things like, '' if youre cheap, eat here"..."were always open, so get in here"

Anyone know the name of this place ?

Just wanna know if the rooms are clean,etc..has anyone stayed there? And small rooms dont bother me, just want a clean room, nice bed..

When I was at the top of the Rock, I was looking at the bridges and the Verrazano looked enormous.. [the Brooklyn Bridge looked small compared to it]..I didnt know the Verrazano was THAT big....is it longer than the G.Gate and Mackinac ?

where is restaurant row... I turned off of 8th ave and came upon a street that had a ton of restaurants...was this restaurant row?..if not, where is it

If I go to Manhattan after Thanksgiving, around Nov 27th or so.. will there be Christmas lights, store window displays and decorations??

Just wondering if its safe to walk around in these areas. [I hope to do more walking when I get back to NYC, its a great city to walk in]
