I work for a Real estate company (not a title insurer) that has to order a Chain of Title (COT) from time to time. Our current provider is very expensive and we're looking to bid out the jobs.

Since we're a nationwide company, it's not terribly feasible to deal with each county's assessor to get the info.

Any one know of any good providers?

I'm running Excel 2007 for a Pc and trying to come up with a way that if i type in a number from a specific series, that excel will go into an existing chart and pull the corresponding number and put it in a box.

So basically in A1 I want it to say if B1 equals any number in column D, then a1 is equal to the corresponding number in Column E.

My boos wants a Password Protected folder to be setup on the server. The effect he's looking for is that everything put in that folder could only be opened by a password while it was in that folder.

So I've been seeing this woman for a little over 2 months and I'm trying to think of something to do for V-day.

As I said, I've never had a girlfriend on V-day before, so I'm not sure what to do.

Couple of restrictions:

We won't be able to get together until 8pm.

She works early at a hospital the next day, so we'll need to end 10 pm-ish.

She lives about an hour from me, so I can't prep my place and bring her over.

And let's just say that I get paid the next day, so the budget is tight.

Trends:

We both tend to eat earlier in the evening (and an 8pm diner time with a 10pm bed time? Come on.)

I'm looking to become a Real Estate paralegal, but I'm having difficulty finding a college in LA that has a paralegal program.

I just got laid off from my insurance job.

I've seen a few suggestions on the board, and put a few up myself as answering another person's question, but out of all the techniques out there, what are the 5 or 6 you find most effective?

I was auditioning for a class in college and had to do a cold reading. The piece that I remeber was a man retellin a story of an almost one night hook-up.

He meets a girl and they start looking for a motel. They keep driving so much the guy is lost, but they end up finding a motel. The guy goes out to get more drinks from the liquor store, but is so turned around he can't find his way back to the motel, so he just leaves the girl there.

I t was a fun monologue that got my into the class as I was the only one that made the teacher actually laugh.

Can't for the life of me remember what show it's from.

Sound familiar to anyone?
