  • Is there a Workable Plan in India to Evacuate the Street Water & Road Water in Rainy Season? ?

As far as my point of view is concerned I think Government of our country and our states to take an initiative against water logging problem almost common to every city and town of India. We should make a plan worked out till 2025 better be said WES2025 or Water Evacuation System 2025.

    This plan has two parts

    (I) Street Water Evacuation Drainage System(SWEDS) &

(II) Roadways Water Evacuation Drainage System(RWEDS)

    Firstly we work upon RWEDS-

A)And here the first thing we do is the footpaths (under which the drainage system is placed) needs to be open-able(like a door is opened) or be dragged on wheel(like a shutter door is dragged).

B)Second thing we need to do is that to find out the lowest ground level and the uppest ground level and then to maintain a thick and nice linked level which is good enough to sustain in typical rain falls too.

C)Finally we need to construct the wall of the drain and after the wall is hardened we need to pull down the footpath lids as long as the next cleaning of the drains are required.

Secondly we would work upon Street Drainage(SWEDS)

    A) Find out the uppest and the lowest ground levels.

    B) Deside the Linked level required as per typical and normal rainy conditions.

    C) Construct the walls and put upon the multi holed concrete lids over those when the walls are hardened enough.

And Guys You please answer whether this Idea is workable or not? Thanks for answering. Goodday!

  • Is it possible to achieve Indias energy requirements with non-fossil (non-polluting) means of energy?

As we all know the India and the entire world is moving to E-Mobility with their every possible effort; and we are developing e-vehicles one better than another. But the evs need power and and are totally dependent on electricity resources. And we know that 80% of the electricity requirements are fulfilled by thermal process and rest 20% is fulfilled by hydropower. And hydropower is a tough project and the hydropower resources are not easily available.

There is another option called solar electricity. And the resources for this are cheaper and effective than hydro options as the main recourse is the sunlight and the silicon obtained by sand we have got a lot all over the world. So Isn't this the right time to work upon it?

And as far as my own point of view is concerned I think that government of India should establish SPC and SPCL for this. SPC(Solar Power Corporation) will install and maintain the Household Solar Grids(HSG) and SPCL will produce more and more solar panels in their factories. Batteries will be optional and afforded by the householders. Government will provide only on-grid facility and excessive electricity will be stored by government. The household will get a certain amount of units of electricity according to the space of their roof utilized by SPC and in other hand SPC will afford the on-grid solar panels.
