lately he has been teething and has some diarrhea and has fever coming out so it has been making his butt really red and it hurts him. Would that be the cause or it should be something to be concerned about.

I would like to ween my baby because i feel that i have no freedom to go places and do things with him. I feel his dad cant take him places and i cant do nothing because i have to always plan things around his feedings. He eats every two hours and i cant pump because my nipples are sore because his feedings increased and his gums are getting harder. It seems that every time I feed him he always moving and being fussy and he keeps coming off my breast. He latched on poperly he just hates it when the milk slows down on he wont stay on. Im I overreacting or is this normal to feel this way? what should I do?
