Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome cannot open web pages on my laptop. I am connected to the Internet, but I cannot open any web pages. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the two browsers, but the problem still remains. It can open web pages not until I installed ProxyCap, which I think had caused the problem. I guess it changed certain settings on my laptop. I have tried uninstalling ProxyCap but still, my browsers cannot open web pages. Any help? What can I do about it?

What do you call this effect wherein there is a series of processes (e.g. a falling ball, a train toy running...) that will run in sequence all to complete a single action?

For example, when I push a ball, the ball will hit a domino, and then all of the dominoes will topple, then at the end, the last domino will be pressing a button. The button, in turn, will activate a toy train and the train will move, pushing a monkey toy to walk and then hit an arm. The arm will act as a lever and will push the coin to be inserted in the piggy bank.
