My neighbor and i share a mud pool of water that never quite goes away at the end of the driveway. I don't know if they have a leak in their sprinkler system or if their car being parked a foot away fulltime causes some kind of indention in the concrete but it seems no one else in the neighborhood has this problem. A county street sweeper temporarily fixes the problem once in a while. I don't know how to go about fixing this problem

My son is Nicolas and now I need a girls name. I don't want to weigh my daughter down with a name that sounds old fashioned.

Long story short, my mom has this leech she was briefly married to, in her life for the past 24 years. He frequently has either no job or brief migrant worker type jobs because he has a serious drinking problem that led to so many dui's it has become a felony. He NEVER had any kind of relationship with us kids despite living on our living room couch and making our household miserable growing up. Well, we are all gone but he is still there and now my mom wants my toddler to call him Grandpa! She actually refers to him as a renter rather than boyfriend because, while he lives off her, they don't have a 'relationship'. So why should my kid call him Grandpa? I think it's sick but my mom is determined and wont give up! I don't want to cut her off but this bum is not my kids grandpa. Anyone have any suggestions?

My only remaining cousin is a NIGHTMARE. Ive put up with her only because her sister was my best friend until she passed a couple of years ago. I can't take it anymore and I feel my pal would be sad to know I deal with her sister only to honor her memory. Enough time has passed I think, but I would no longer be in touch with this jerks child, is that fair to her?

I'm from TX and want to sell my home. An agent has offered to be my seller agent at a discount if I retain her as a buyers agent when I buy. Problem is...I have no idea what the % range should be in the first place. I know when I buy a house, their seller will pay her 3% but that's all i know so far.

Are their general expectations? I live in Houston,TX and have a home for sale. I was very surprised to come home after a showing was completed-to find insulation on the ground in my hallway. They obviously went in the attic! In the attic? Really? Is that odd? I've never sold a home before but i was also surprised to see mild 'adjustments' to the facing of pillows and flowers. Seems strange to me...is this appropriate?

We have a one story brick home and paid $255 to have coolant added. The a/c guy said the coil had a leak but this would cool the home for awhile...HA! Obviously, we lost our money and the guy quoted us $900 take care of the problem. I know NOTHING about a/c and feel robbed! I wonder if going to another a/c guy will cost us $900 plus diagonosing the prob PLUS more coolant? I don't have a clue so if anyone DOES have clue plz let me know.

Later a girl is in car with her mom on a bridge while its raining. She tells her mom to get out of the car but her mom refuses so she take the keys and runs, her mom follows. Lightening strikes the bridge and they barely miss the bridge falling. What movie is this? Its driving me crazy!!!
