How to do this hairstyle and what it's called?

I love the hair and would love to do that style. However, I haven't got the faintest idea how to do it or what it's called.

I'd prefer actual stores, not online. Please and thank you!
2 AnswersFashion & Accessories9 years agoCuddly, loving small animals?
Cannot be a dog, cat, or ferret. Two brand-new lovebirds died in quick succession, and I loved them both dearly - we think that there may be an issue with the cage or something, we don't know - the other small animals in the house seem just fine and have been living in the house for 2+ years. Anyway, both my birds were sweet and cuddly, and I'd like a sweet and cuddly small animal that's more hearty than baby birds (busy house, lots of bird-unfriendly fumes and contaminants - again, the other small animals are FINE and healthy). I'd like to have an animal that enjoys cuddling, is happy to see me, and likes playing with humans. I've heard some very, very good things about rats, but the parents are prejudiced against them -__-" Any other suggestions?
8 AnswersOther - Pets9 years agoWhat did actresses wear in the 80s?
So I'm going to a murder mystery dinner. My character is an up-and-coming actress based off Molly Ringwald (her name's "Molly Ringworm"... it cracks me up) and I need ideas on what to wear. She's described as arrogant, cutthroat, fake-nice, and vicious when she gets her way, and she wants everyone to know how famous she's becoming. Should I do a Madonna type thing or what?
1 AnswerFashion & Accessories9 years agoCorsetdeal.com quality?
Hi, guys. I'm thinking about buying a steel-boned corset from corsetdeal.com. I've noticed that they have the exact same corsets as sites like goodgoth.com for much cheaper, and that their shipping is far cheaper than other sites' as well. However, I've heard mixed reviews. This corset would not be for waist training, it would be used most often as part of a costume, as part of an outfit to go out in, or as a component for dresses during formal events. If I like the feel of it, I'll buy a waist training corset for some minor waist reduction.
Any experiences with corsetdeal.com? Any other sites that are reasonably priced for an underbust training corset (I'm on a pretty tight budget)?
4 AnswersFashion & Accessories9 years agoEMT age for training and working in Pennsylvania?
My niece is sixteen. She has plans for college that have nothing to do with med school; however, she wants to get EMT-Basic training and work as an EMT during summers and on weekends. It also looks good on a college resume regardless of field because it shows she has broad interests. In PA, you can take the EMT-B test at age 16; however, my question is, could you actually WORK at age 16, or do you need to wait till 18 to take the other test (can't quite remember what it's called - National Emergency Responder's something or other, maybe?) I've been getting mixed answers from this. She wouldn't be working in any other state, and my understanding is that PA EMS laws are more "lax" compared to other states'... but we still don't know. Help? XD
3 AnswersHealth Care9 years agoHow to grow one's nails quickly and prevent splits?
My nails keep getting these weird splits in them that make them break and get short, and I really want them to grow long. I drink tonnes of milk (I just love it for some reason), so it isn't calcium deficiency. I don't often paint my nails - should I? Is there anything I can do to help my nails grow quickly and healthily?
2 AnswersOther - Beauty & Style9 years ago"Cuddly" bird breeds?
Hi guys. My baby lovebird's just died and we're heartbroken. She was being handfed and had a head trauma from crashing into the cage, so.. yeah. We'll be getting another bird later, when we feel we're ready, but we definitely don't want another lovebird - too painful, and we don't just want a "replacement". Can you recommend some cuddly bird breeds? We've had parakeets, budgies, and (obviously) lovebirds...
2 AnswersBirds9 years agoWhat to do if your bird won't perch?!?
My baby lovebird's just injured a wing and a foot and she can't perch. I don't want her too close to the cage bars for obvious health reasons - what should I do?! We're taking her to an avian vet as soon as they open, but just for now - help, please?

2 AnswersBirds9 years agoBest toys for Fischer's lovebirds?
Just got a five week old baby lovebird; she's a sweetheart, loves to fly (we're clipping her wings soon), likes snuggling, and shredding. Anyone have any tips for toys to get her? She's getting weaned, so she's still a bit of a baby...
1 AnswerBirds9 years agoWhere to find an affordable Victorian-style ballgown for prom?
I friggin' love the Victorian-style/steampunk-era stuff... and since I can't wear a tux or suit, I figured I'd go all the way-but the stuff on Etsy is just too expensive, and I have no sewing skills so I can't make my own! Can anyone help? Below are some examples of the specific style I'm talking about. I can afford about 200 bucks.

1 AnswerFashion & Accessories9 years agoProm etiquette for friends?
So I might be going to prom with one of two guy friends, as "just friends". There definitely isn't even a question of it maybe developing into an actual date because one of the guys is gay and... well, so am I, so that's not an issue. So who pays for what? None of us really asked the other to go, it was just kind of decided. I'm assuming it's Dutch treat unless someone informs me otherwise... oh, btw, there's no limos needed, the entire school's going in a caravan of buses, and as far as I know there's no afterparty either (extremely lame).
2 AnswersEtiquette9 years agoWhere to get a good goth prom dress?
So I'm really wanting to go to prom in a gothic prom dress. I enjoy that whole sexy-girly-but-tough aesthetic. I want to look classy, though, not trashy-there's a fine line. I like bustles, sweetheart necklines, black, purple, red, etc. I really love corseted bodices. I plan to wear boots and a top hat as well, so a dress that would go well with that would be super-appreciated. Can anyone help?
3 AnswersFashion & Accessories9 years agoStanford - how gay friendly?
So I might be doing an exchange this summer where I'll attend Stanford for 2 months as a student. How gay-friendly is Stanford and the surrounding area? I mean, I'm single, so I don't want to flirt too badly if people will flip out...
4 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender9 years agoCan friends with benefits work in a lesbian relationship?
She's bi, I'm lesbian. She has a guy she isn't exclusive with that she won't see for quite awhile (though we started doing things before he move out of the picture aways), I don't have anyone on the horizon and I'm not really looking. At this point it isn't much more than making out, but could probably go further - I know she wants it to, anyway. We were pretty close friends before this. Can this actually work?

2 AnswersHair9 years agoBest shade of red to dye hair for an "autumn"?
I'm dying my hair tonight and I really want to go a shade of red. I am originally a strawberryish blonde with freckles, green eyes and pale skin with pink undertones; I'm basically an "autumn"-colored person. Is there a shade of red that would look good on me?
2 AnswersHair9 years agoHealth problem or symptoms of a psychological issue?
My sister used to be as mentally stable as you or I, but since November she's been experiencing depression, unusual anger, and paranoia. She has also recently been experiencing delusions-but she's aware that these are delusions and that she isn't thinking straight, if that makes any sense. She's also tired all the time. Now, she has low Vitamin D levels & is taking meds for that (started in December), as well as minor iron deficiency anemia, but I was wondering if something else could be going on? She doesn't have Lyme disease or anything like that, we tested for that. She's also getting chills and full body aches with the paranoia, etc. Could this all be due to her vitamin levels, or should I ask her to seek psychological help?
4 AnswersMental Health9 years agoSweet 16 ideas for a theatre geek/gamer?
We've got a girl in our family turning 16 and we're throwing her a party; the first couple of ideas fell through and now we're clueless as to what to do, since it's not a big city and so on. She's not very girly, but she's a HUGE theatre geek-loves the stage, her drama club, etc. (Doesn't want a mystery party though... don't ask.) She's also a bit of a gamer-Zelda, Pokemon, the CoD series, etc. Any suggestions? Help is MUCHHH appreciated!
