i train my chest mainly by doing dumbell flyes, dumbell presses and seated machine presses. however, my upper chest never seems to grow and my pecs look incomplete. i've tried incline dumbell presses and reverse grip dumbell presses but i still can't seem to get that feeling of a good contraction in my upper chest. can you recommend some exercises to train up my upper chest?

heys gals, what exactly do you look for in a guy whom you want to spend your life with? intelligence, looks, attitude etc. also, if hes into sports, does it make him more attractive? do you prefer the manly kind of guy or the cute looking guy whos not as manly? thanks alot in advance

i am 15. slightly bigger built than average. my coaches tell me i am very powerful physically. i have average technique. i can tackle extremely well and i can also beat players one on one (think mascherano + messi). i can also head the ball quite well and i tend to win most headers during the game. i am not that creative except for the occasional killer pass but my passing and movement is good. my crossing is average and im not very fast. given all these info, what position do you think i should play in? i know most people would say central defence but i dont really like it there so other suggestion please.. tnks

in your opinion, are adidas or nike boots better? which one lasts longer, more comfy etc etc. i am currently using a nike pair that torres also uses. (the white pair with the rings on the lace area) is it good?

sometimes i see some players wear tights under their shorts. what are the purposes of these tights? is it cos people can see their genitals or somethin? tnks in advance.

i'm thinking of drinking red bull before every soccer practice since i get tired pretty easily. how long does it take for it to dissolve into my body? and is it there any other drinks that will improve my performance during the game? tnks in advance. :)

im 14 rite now. decent soccer player. i am quite creative i guess. i can always spot little areas to make a through pass to my team mates for scoring opportunities. i prefer to play centre midfield although i dont mind playing striker as well. i started soccer when i was 8 and i played until 12. then i played basketball for abt 1 and a half yrs and it stunk. i have great passion for soccer and im thinking of re joining my old soccer training. if i go back there and play well, is there a chance i can play pro soccer?

what is 'fog of war' in the preference option in the main menu before u start the game? do u have david n'gog in liverpool when you just start the game?
