What is dispersed camping? And what is the wash?

Have you ever played the same song so often, that even though you know you missed a string, the guitar hit that string on its own?

In the past, you only had to report 40 percent of your gain on a real estate property if owned for a year are more. What’s the current rule?

40 years ago my Dad and I bought and sold rental property. At that time, in Texas, if I paid $60,000 for a property, and 2 years later I made a $10,000 gain, capital gain tax at that time, only required me to pay  on 40 percent of that gain. So in this case, it’s like i earned $4,000, instead of $10,000. Has this changed?

Have we as Americans determined that violence, looting, and destroying property is the way to get things done? Let’s see, what could aviation workers destroy, that would get some attention?

If Biden represented the Blue Jays, and Trump the Yankees, the report would say, “ Despite not having a home field to play on, the Blue Jays find themselves in first place heading in to August. Meanwhile, the Yankees find themselves only 1 game from being in the cellar.

I ask for someone to explain why BLM and ALM is different. And that, you consider unacceptable?

It seems to be growing in size, and acceptance. 

He says that all Black persons voting for the same candidate, gives Blacks leverage in picking candidates most beneficial to Black people. And what happens when I replace the words “Black” with “White”?

Leaving out of Dallas for 7 to 10 days in Arkansas. Are all public parks still closed? I know private owned are open, but the public parks look better.

My son seems to be extremely lucky in the stocks he’s bought. Just getting in the market for the first time 7 weeks ago, he bought, AAL, VTIQ that is now NKLA, NCLH, MFA, BA, LUV, UEC, XOM, PLAY, and BYD. He’s up over 62 percent in 7 weeks. Some of these stocks are considered volatile. I’m recommending he cashes the register by selling half of AAL, BA, BYD, MFA, PLAY and NCLH. And maybe add to XOM? Sound reasonable?  NKLA has too much potential to sell. 

And which President overturned it?

And what President said, “When I appoint an “N” word to the court, I want everyone to know he’s a “N” word. And what President was reported to have said, but not confirmed, “I’ll have those “N” words voting democrat for the next 200 years?
