Hi I'm Scott an Actor, Indy circuit wrestler

  • What would you do? (Requested days off work denied)?

Here's the summary of it all.....

In our employee handbook it reads: "Employees of employ for longer than 90 days must give a two weeks notice for unpaid personal days. Which will be granted within reason"

I requested two days off for a (non-work related) convention two and a half months in advance. My boss approved the days. So I bought my non-refundable tickets, booked my rental car and hotel room.

Now the boss says she doesn't know if I'll have those days off. Which makes no sense to me. We have are a tiny gas station with two shifts and four employees! One person works each shift, each day. This is how we each get two days off a week. Why can't my two days be the two I need?!?!?!

So.... What would you do in my situation?

  • Am I the only person who doesn't care about Brock Lesnar? (+2 BQs)?

Seriously? Throw a big name out and people go crazy. Lesnar was pretty good back in the day but honestly, I don't give a **** if he returns or not.... Why is everyone making such a big deal out of it? (I personally still think it was an April Fools Prank)

BQ1: Who cares about Lord Tensai? Since when is A-train such a big deal?

BQ2: Do you respect Cena for jobbing to The Rock last night?

  • I've got a question about Sting (+2 BQs)?

I love Sting. Hands down, my all time favorite wrestler. Do you guys think people look down on him because of his time in TNA?

    BQ1: Your opinion on Sting?

BQ2: Do the users in this section feed trolls too easily?

  • Listerine question????????

I started using listerine daily and I used it quite often... it was the original yellow kind. A few days ago my tongue started to fee l dry and numb. I can feel it and taste stuff still but it feels tingly I guess would describe it.

Did the listerine cause this? Is this serious? Will it go away in a few days?

  • Wrestling section questions?

    1) Why is it any time someone mentions TNA in an answer it gets thumbs down? Not even mentioning TNA in a way to piss off WWE fans, I simply pu something that was reported on many wrestling sites about the possibility of seeing Ashley Massaro in TNA and it got thumbs down

    2) Why not just ignore the TNA stuff if you're not a fan?

    3) This can apply for some of the TNA fans here too. Some bash WWE constantly, so answer the first two from a TNA fans stand-point

    4) Why can't we just be fans of our respective products and leave the others alone? Or simply watch both like I do.

Simply put I'm just wondering these points, I'm not here to spawn another Anti-TNA/ Anti-WWE troll war

    In your opinion?

(Mr. Perfect doesn't count as he was AWA champion and WWC champion)

  • What do you guys think of this persona?

For those of you who do not know about me, I am an indy circuit wrestler. That is about all you need to know as background to this question....

I have began using a new persona. I was up until now known for my hardcore spot work and I earned a good name for myself among local crowds. Last week we decided to try a new gimmick where Nicholas Angel (another indy guy) and I became a team in a heel promo. He is also known for his hardcore sport work and has earned mad respect among the crowd. In our promo we said, "You fans sit in your chairs and watch us to get away from your own pathetic lives. You come out here and watch us nearly kill ourselves week in and week out. Well we have news for you, we will no longer be competing in these hardcore matches. We have no need to feed you hypocrites. nick and I are considering ourselves free agents and no longer a part of this lousy federation (TXW Trindale Extreme Wrestling)."

It got us some major heel heat from the crowd who chanted "Na na na na hey hey hey goodbye." to us as we walked out. I loved it personally, but I want to know what you guys think because you are some of the smartest wrestling fans out there and I know you guys will have some good opinions.

  • Common Misconceptions about WWE PG?

Well a lot of people complain about WWE PG. However WWE was PG in the 1980s and early 1990s. WWE PG honestly doesn't have much to do with the product. Its how people choose to book it.

For example, on a PG rated show you can have: blood, good storylines, and great characters.

All the PG rating has done is cut out the vulgarity, partial nudity, and swearing (these components do not make wrestling). WWE could still make a good product to entertain younger and older fans, if they knew how to book. Honestly its the fact that Vince McMahon has no balls anymore, and can't do anything even slightly controversial.

    THE QUESTION:

What are your opinions on WWE PG?

  • Two WWE questions???

Seious answers only please.... there is now need to post anything obvious that is typically a response to these type of questions.

    1) I've been noticing that WWE PG has a lot of you guys gridning your gears. I believe WWE could produce a good product that is entertaining to use older fans and still be PG. I told my ideas on making WWE better in an earlier question and I kept them all in a way that would keep WWE PG yet would make WWE entertaining to us again. So obviously WWE is staying PG due to a number of reasons. How would you book WWE PG to make it entertaining to older audiences as well as the younger crowd.

    2) I'm not expecting much from the Swagger v. Big Show match, what do you guys think about the match and story (or lack there of XD)

    ((Star?))

  • More Wrestling What if questions?

Remember, these questions are huge "What Ifs", so please answer to the best of your ability from facts and opinoins and do not respond "That would never happen"... I know some of these would have never happened and may never happen...its a simple What if, so lets get stated.

    WHAT IF:

    1) WCW never gave out the result to the "Foley Championship title change" and Nitro had continued beating WWE/WWF in the ratings war?

    2) Chavo Guerrero had received the huge push after Eddie's death instead of Rey?

    3) Shawn Michaels was on the opposite side of the screwjob, and was the one Vince "screwed"?

    4) Sting had gone to WWE after the fall of WCW?

  • What if questions for WWE and TNA? (+BQ)?

    WHAT IF...

    1) What if Edge had been released during his injury (WWE is notorious for releasing guys while they are injured) and he jumped ship to TNA? I know this wouldn't happen as WWE loves Edge, but thats why is a What If question)

    2) AJ Styles jumped ship to WWE?

    3) Shawn Michaels suddenly showed up on TNA?

Keep in mind, I am not trying to insight some sort of anti-WWE or anti-TNA thing, but these questions seem to be pretty interesting what if quesions to me. I know most of these wouldn't happen but thats not what I'm asking, I'm asking how you would respond to these events, so pleaser don't post "That would never happen"

BQ: Who deserves the WWE Championship more, John Morrison or R-Truth?

  • WS What is your opinion on Sting?

I think he is one of the all-time greats, and the best to have never signed with WWE. I was just curious on what you all think of him, including his current stint in TNA.

  • Do you think MVP is world Championship material? (+BQ)?

I saw him on Smackdown! last night and he was awesome. He cut a great promo on S.E.S. and had a great tag match with Rey Rey. If he keeps up this pace, I think he will be a championship contender in no time.

    What are your opinions?

BQ: Who else on Smackdown should be in the title picture?

  • Who is your all time favorite Wrestler?

I know its hard to choose just one... there are so many names out there so I guess you can choose up to Five. If you have one then just let me know. Also, explain why you like this wrestler so much...I'll start.

I have one all time favorite....Diamond Dallas Page (DDP). He was always so great in the ring ans very entertaining! He had the look, the charisma, the moves, he jsut had....It! Also the fact that he started wrestling at the unheard of age of 36 is awesome.

(Star this if you find it interesting)

  • Wrestling Section....rate me as a user (+BQ)?

I've seen some folks asking this same question and it made me curious. I just would like to know what you guys think of me as a user. Scale of 1 to 10 I guess, can't wait to see what you guys come up with (try to give me some details to if you can) ((Also if you don't know who I am there is no need to post "I don't know who you are"))

BQ: Sting (in his prime) or Kurt Angle (in his prime) ((I choose Sting))
