I have russian dwarf hamster..and i'm planning to go to L.A which is 6 hours away from where i live. I was thinking about leaving him here. but my house gets hot up to 85 degrees. so i was thinking about bringing him. but isn't a long car ride bad for hamsters? and i don't have anyone to take care of him while i'm gone. Should i leave him home..or bring him along?

So i was considering getting a Roborovski hamster, but i read that they don't really want to be handled. and i really wanted to hold them a lot. What other type of dwarf hamster is good with handling and is friendly? or cute...?

I am planning on using an aqarium to put my robo dwarf hamster in. Because i already have one, so it's cheaper. Where can i find a screen top to close it?

Some people say it's fine to keep hamsters in an aquarium but i also heard there's not good ventilation.

How should i know if they're friendly or not sick by just looking at them at the store? How do I pick which hamster i want?

I went to Petco today just to look at the hamsters, (i'm not good with the types of hamsters still) there was a brown one and an albino one and a white one with black eyes. I want the albino one because it was soo cute. but how do i know it's healthy? because i also saw a fance dwarf hamster and it looked like it had a wet tail.

I am thinking about get a dwarf hamster, but i don't know which place is better to go to. Petco or Petsmart? Also, is it easy to take care of a dwarf hamster?
