Wierd stuff is happening!!! i need help!!!?
Every night around 10:30 my vision wobbles from left to right rapidly and i feel like I'm spinning and falling. Explanation????? I wanna know if this is normal. It happens during the day sometimes to and it kinda gets in the way.

i just got into highschool baseball and ive been playing since i was 4 years old. i have always batted with my back elbow up, however my coach said if i batted with my elbow down and threw the bat through the strike zone with my front arm, it would be better for me. it feels really uncomfortable and i see all the pros bat with they're elbow up. my coach says with my elbow down, if there's an inside pitch i will be able to have the bat closer to my body and turn on it easier. i just step back with my front foot to turn on it usually.... im just really confused and i need some outside opinions on what would be better. if it helps im 5' 9" really long skinny lanky body.
