I left him and accidentally left a few personal items which I would like back. During our marriage we purchased a vehicle in his name only for me to drive for my real estate business. I put a lot of miles on this car and it is not equitable to sell now. During our marriage, my father gave $20,000.00 to my husband to start a business, which my husband still owns and runs with my father. My husband wants me to pay him $5000.00 for the car (which he is currently driving) and pay for the divorce. I refuse, but I want a divorce. I believe that I should not pay for the divorce or the $5000.00. In fact, I believe HE should pay for the divorce and forget about the $5000.00 or any other amount for that matter and give me back my personal things OR I can take half of his business.

Knowing this, and living in Texas and he still resides in Missouri, how do I get this divorce going quickly without paying a bunch of attorney fees? Missouri is a No Fault Divorce State! I am stating that our marriage is irretrievably broken and is not going to be salvaged. What do I do now?

i receive emails fine, but when i send them i keep getting an error message that says that the connection to the server was interrupted. i have followed the directions on yahoo with checking boxes and changing ports. still doesn't work. any suggestions?
