Okay so here's the deal. I bought an iHome forever ago, let's say about 8 months ago and only used it once. I moved shortly after and packed it up and ever since it has been sitting in the box. I don't have the receipt anymore, and I know the policy is 90 days, but I was wondering if I could still return it? I wanted to go to a different store than my local one though, BECAUSE I am paranoid of the staff thinking I stole it, even though that definitely ISN'T the case.

I already called a couple stores, and they told me "probably" it could be returned. Can I get in trouble? It's not a stolen item, it WAS purchased with my own money, the problem is that it was forever ago, and it irks me that I have basically thrown $100 away on something I used one time only!

I plan to go to a different store near me that I don't normally shop at, I made sure they carry the item online, which they do. So what should I expect? I really don't want to be accused of stealing, or being a scumbag, when definitely I am not! Anything special I should say? What if they ask me which store I bought it from? Do I tell the truth? Do I lie? Thanks

I've been diagnosed with depression and anxiety for almost 6 years now, beginning when I was 15. On and off I self mutilated, and my anxiety has grown with my depression. I didn't try marijuana until I was 19, after two respective years of declining it. I have been smoking it daily for maybe 8 months, and before that i only smoked once a week for 3 months. I know it helps my depression and anxiety, but lately I have been cutting back by about half, and within these past two days I haven't smoked. Two days ago, I cut myself for the first time in almost a year. I missed work because I had a depressed panic attack and felt so sad and confused. The next day I went into a depressed rage, feeling like I was powerless at expressing how I felt. I took all my anger out on my lover and I felt like hurting myself again, I felt like a danger to myself, like I would cut again.

I did smoke and it made me feel better. It took away my unapparent rage, and I'm calmer.

I'm still confused, it's like my depression and everything along with it came back for two days, the two days I hadn't smoked for. If a person misses a day on their depression pill, it can throw them off and put a bump in the road, so can marijuana do this also?

I got my cat spayed six days ago and have been checking her incision every day. I noticed that a couple of days ago she was licking it and now there is like a scabby pus on her belly and I can also see some raw looking flesh. It's freaking me out and I plan on taking her to the vet but I wanted to know if pus is normal?

Hi, about 6 months ago I stopped taking my birth control (yaz) due to chest pains. My twin sister was also taking it and had to stop because she developed gall bladder disease. All that aside, I have started to notice that the peach fuzz on my upper lip is starting to get noticeably darker. It has never been dark before, and my sister isn't getting it, but we both did have reactions to the birth control. I was wondering if this could be an effect of the birth control? My period is still very irregular, and I have just had it for the 2nd time since I've stopped taking yaz. I'm really worried and self conscious about this. My body doesn't feel normal and I know it's normal to be out of whack after stopping the pill, but could it really have gone on for this long? If so, how long can this last, will it go away eventually, etc.? Should I talk to my doctor about it?

I have never smoked pot before, but three weeks ago I smoked resin. I didn't smoke it from a bowl, I actually inhaled it by second hand smoke from my friend. I have a drug test tomorrow and was wondering if it still may be in my system. My friend said I should probably be fine, considering I don't smoke every day, and I didn't even smoke out of the bowl. So could it still show up on the drug test after three weeks? I took at most 4 hits. If I am contaminated, is there anything I can do to flush my system?

My light switch in my bathroom has two outlets on the same plate. I went to plug in an air filter cause my cat took a huge stink, and when I turned on the filter, I noticed a clicking noise coming from the outlet. The bathroom light and fan was on, so I turned it off so I could hear better and I got a shock. What is this clicking noise? Is it dangerous?

Okay let me try to explain this. My living situation is crappy right now. I am 19 and living with my older sister right now for free because I don't have any other place to live. She recently started smoking pot with her friends, and I had kindly asked her to inform me before she does so that I may leave the apartment so I don't have to inhale the second hand smoke.

Well the other day I was out for a few hours and I came back to find that she had been smoking with her friend and the place smelled strongly of pot. So to get the smell out of my room, I went to get a dryer softener sheet to stick on the back of my fan and while I walked into the laundry room and back to my room, I walked through a "strong spot" just for a few seconds.

After that, my throat burned like a b**** for about 20 minutes after, so much that I was clearing my throat because of the burning.

My other sister, who happens to have some knowledge of pot told me that if it was so strong that it burnt my throat, I could possibly have thc in my system and at the moment I am looking for a job, and don't want to turn up positive on a drug test when I absolutely do not smoke pot.

I have smoked cigarettes on occasion but have quit for a while now, so my lungs aren't the purest, but can I turn up positive on a drug test?

Sometimes when my menstrual cramps start to hit me, it almost seems like they spread all the way from my lower back down to my ankles. It's like the whole bottom half of my body is aching. Is this normal? When I lay in bed, I'm restless because it's almost feels like I went to a theme park and walked around all day (12 hours) and when my legs stop moving, they ache just like my cramps. Normal?

I had just recently found out my cat has tapeworms and saw one the other day coming out of his butt. I haven't yet had money to get him dewormed but I noticed only one or two worms come out every so often. But tonight, I came home and noticed that there are a LOT more worms leaving his body, and they are coming out in strings of 5 or 6, making it look like one long piece, and coming out every few minutes. Is there any reason for this? Is the parasite leaving his body? I'm also kind of sick at the thought of the worms getting anywhere.. Can I get them like hookworms or can i only get them if i ingest a flea? I'm gonna see if I can borrow some money from a relative to take him tomorrow, but someone please give me some insight so that I can sleep tonight. I would put him in the bathroom for tonight but I think that would be cruel if I can't catch them.

It is light and only has 3 grams of sugar. I don't give them the whole cup, but just a dallop whenever I have some myself. It's got chunks of fruit in it too, and they go crazy over it. I know dairy can upset a cat sometimes but I've been checking their poop and it's normal.

When I play wow I like to play on windowed mode when the computer has a wide screen monitor. On my boyfriends computer (windows vista), I put it on windowed mode so the picture is square and not all stretched out.

This computer that I'm using is also windows vista with a wide screen monitor and when I put the game into windowed mode the window still stays wide screen. I tried making it smaller but no matter what, it still stays wide screen. Is there any way I can change this? It's only with Wow and I can make a webpage square, but now Wow /:

It says on the back of the can "Eliminates tough odors such as smoke, food etc."

But the directions only state how to sanitize hard non-porous surfaces. I have a bed that smells like cigarette smoke and was wondering if this would still remove the smell, even though it isn't a non-porous area. I've already tried airing the mattress out and also used carpet cleaner, so this is my last try. Anyone ever used it for cigarette smoke?

I'm just wondering, do the manufacturers put all of the harmful chemicals in a cigar like the cigarette companies do? Also, is second hand cigar smoke just as bad as cigarette smoke? For some reason, cigarette smoke makes my asthma trigger and make me sick, but cigar smoke doesn't ever bother me. Please no answers on your opinion, I'm asking for the facts.

My boyfriend has bloody stool which comes around every couple of months or so. Sometimes it's very noticeable blood, and sometimes it's only a little to where he just sees it on the toilet paper. He is 26 and has had this issue for 8 years.

When he was 18 he had a sample taken to a hospital where they said it was either a high or low white blood cell count, he cant remember which one. Then about a month later he had a colonoscopy and nothing came up and they just told him to "eat more fiber".

I'm really worried about this and told him that if he's had this issue for so long, he needs to go to the doctor again, although he doesn't have health insurance.

I just need some more opinions. I don't think this is at all normal so to ask, is it normal and if it is, is it because he doesn't get enough fiber?

Sometimes when he bleeds, he will feel weak after like he just wants to rest and lay down.

Please someone give me opinions/insight on this problem. He thinks it's not a big deal because he had it checked out 8 years but I think they may have missed something.

For these past few days I keep logging on myspace and I'll have friend requests, messages, or both. Then, when I click on them, there's nothing in my box. What's up with this?

Do you start ovulating after you are done with your pack of pills, or do you start ovulating while still taking the pills, in about the middle of the pack? I'm confused because birth control stops ovulation, yet I keep reading on these sites that ovulation occurs about halfway through the monthly cycle.

It's one of the ones where every ten minutes a sponsor ad comes up for like 30 seconds, and then it's supposed to resume the video after. The problem I'm having is whenever the ad is finished, it won't resume the video. I've tried pausing and pressing play again, I waited ten minutes to see if it needed loading time, and I even refreshed the page but that made it go back to the beginning.

Is there anything I can do to make it play? Or is the player just messed up?

Taking antibiotics now and the doctor and pharmacist told me to keep taking birth control and just use extra protection. I have to take a total of 21 pills spaced 8 hours apart, if that matters. I'm just wondering, when I stop taking them how long will it take for my birth control to kick back in?

Will it take the usual month to be effective just like when a first timer starts taking them, or longer or less?

So I had ingrown toenail surgery the other day and what the doctor suggested was a procedure where they remove the whole nail and then it grows back a lot less wider, so that you're much less likely to have ingrown toenails ever again.

He didn't do the procedure because my toe was really infected and bad, so he went ahead and did the usual surgery and removed the ingrown parts, but he said if I ever got another one again after, then he thinks the surgery would be necessary.

My mom's ex bf had this procedure done and she said he never got another one again.

The way my toes are, they have a tendency to get ingrown no matter what I do, and it's just hereditary.

I was just wondering if this procedure hurts, and how long does it take for the nail to fall off and grow back?

Even when the side effects don't necessarily state that it could cause drowsiness? I had ingrown toenail surgery and the infection was so bad I had to be put on Cephalexin. The main side effects are dizziness and nausea. But all day and night today, I have been sleeping and when I get up to walk my whole body just feels weak. Could this be an unlisted side effect, or could I be mistaking dizziness for fatigue?
