We'll be living in the UK as expatriates and working in Egham. Any ideas on which areas will be best for us?

We are a couple in our 30's with no kids and will be there for about 4-6 months. We'll prefer to live in London but are open to other areas. Thanks in advance for your help!

Update:

We are a couple in our 30's with no kids and will be there for about 4-6 months. We'll prefer to live in London but are open to other areas. We are looking for furnished flats (1-2 bedrooms) and want an area near some train/tube station since we'll be commuting. Company is paying for our stay :). Thanks in advance for your help!

You will need to live somewhere near Victoria or Vauxhall so that travelling by train becomes easier. The only snag is that flats in that area are quite expensive and unless your employer pays for it you will struggle.

    Hope this helps.

I think you need to put more information as to what your looking for i.e what sort of area you want to live, what facilities you want, what sort of community you want to be in, for people to be able to advice you more fully. good look
