Hit in face with trash can?

I got hit in the face with a trash can while I was drunk last night. Now 4 teeth are kind of loose, will they be tight in my mouth again if I stop eating and don't get hit anymore? Or are they just going to fall out at some point?

There's a good chance they might fall out if they are loose. You should go to a dentist

I agree that you need to see a dentist.

It may be possible to rescue the teeth. Your dentist will take x-rays to look for fractures in the roots of the teeth. If there are no fractures, and the teeth are significantly loose, the dentist may splint the teeth for you. This involves using the teeth which are solid to support the teeth that are loose, so that your gums and bone can heal and your teeth will be firm.

I hope that I have helped answer your question.

OUCH! I would go to the dentist and have your teeth looked at. Only a dentist will know for sure. It would suck to lose your front teeth and it's definitely worth making an appointment. Try to avoid garbage cans and crazy glue. Good luck!

well you might not loose them but theres always the chance you can. just see a dentist and im sure they can let you know what will happen to your teeth as they probably can save them if their not that loose.

they might fall out. i once had a friend who slipped on a rainy day and hit hit front teeth on the curb, and he was sooooooo bloody. OMG- i think he had to get fake teeth. but it depends how hard it was. but either way- i feel so sorry for you, dude.

You need to go to a dentist ASAP. They are gonna fall out if you don't and you can get nasty infections. Go right away. This is a severe emergency!!

    I am not a dentist.

But, if they are your permanent teeth (which I hope they are since you were drunk! ;D ) then I think you're in trouble and need to go see a dentist.

A - You have to eat to live.

B - I'd imagine you damaged the roots.

    Sorry!

see a dentist...You may have killed the root, which will result in gray dead tooth....Need root canal

hopefully , your teeth are not dead and just loosened therefore they will tighten soon ...eat soups and soft things for a month !! Sorry about your misfortune...My husband knocked my teeth out ...had beautiful teeth now I have all fake caps ... :(

It sounds like to me that you may still be able to save your teeth if you go see a dentist...soon
