Type it into 'Search for questions' at the top of this page.

But I honestly can't see why people insult each other when they ask questions which have been asked before. Each time it's asked, different people answer and you get new perspectives. Also, it's personalized when YOU are the one who asks.

Just ask whatever you want and don't read the mean answers!

Philosophically, every question in life has been asked and answered before. But technically, on Answers, you would now by conducting a search, or looking in the category your would-be question would fall under for that question. You'd also be relatively sure if it was a mainstream question like; Why is the sky blue?

It doesn't really matter... if you really want to find out something first search for it... if you still don't find the answer your looking for, ask it again, other people will answer that haven't the times before...

The only question that has been asked to much is: Why did the chicken crossed the road.

Every newby to Yahoo Answers ask that one.

I try not to ask the same questions others have asked.

What about "what is the meaning of life?" How many people are going to ask that SAME question over and over again?

    Give us a break!!

Who cares if it's been asked before if you don't know the answer.

You can look to see if somebody has asked the question, but this is no guarentee. You can really never know.

You don't. Its more logical to assume that every question has already been asked.

    Search for the question, first.
