    Bahama Breeze on Flamingo and Paradise has the best Mojito in Vegas.

    I would say either Parasol Down at The Wynn..or at Tangerine which is in TI.

    The best one I've had was at MGM at their steakhouse - called Craftsteak. But, you can just sit at the bar if you want.

    Any restaurant at MGM makes good ones (at least the ones I've been to).
