I've gotten a headache a couple times, but I wouldn't say it was a "migraine". I've also experienced abdominal pain right after orgasms.

I have gotten one very soon after, but not while having an orgasm. If this kind of thing happens often to you, it may be that you have high blood pressure or another serious condition.

its not uncommon for this to happen because when you are having sex and turned on, all of your blood is rushing to your geinitals, just like for a guy. when you orgasm, there is less blood going to your brain and more going down south causing the headache or migrain...

I wouldn't call them migraines because they don't last but once or twice I got a wicked, stabbing pain in the head shortly after hitting the big "O".
