What do you think of the development in downtown Phoenix?

It seems like a lot of construction is going on downtown - but Phoenix is so sprawling, it's never really had a "downtown." Is creating a city like Chicago or New York possible in Phoenix?

It's annoying, but it will be good for us. The tram will reduce a lot of pollution, but I wish they had one that came out to the North Phoenix/Paradise Valley area. Even North Scottsdale would be nicer.

We have always had a downtown, most people were just scared to go downtown. I like what they are doing with the "new" downtown but the light rail system sucks.

I think that it would be nice to have a tram in the north side as well. i agree that it will clean us up a lot. and be so helpful for some many people.
