Which Weight Watcher's plan is better for men.....?

the Points System or Core System? My husband & I have tried the Point, but he always felt hungry. Would Core be better for him? Thanks for the input!

Update:

OK, so I know exercise has to be a part of the overall scheme of things. I just needed more input on Flex vs. Core. Thanks!

Core might be better, but just cause you don't have to count points, remember you still have to watch portion control. Also, you can't eat bread on core and pasta or potatoes is reserved for once a day. At the meetings I attend, most people who do core lose alot more weight per week than people on flex. When he does feel hungry, try drinking a full glass of water first before you reach for something to eat. Good luck.

I have tried both. Although I like the flex plan because we eat out a lot, you do seem to eat more if you stick to core foods. I would suggest he tries it for a week, we have a couple of people in our group that are doing core and losing lots of weight. Good luck!

A simple way of loosing weight is to exercise. THis is more harder then it is sometimes in the hetic world we live in.

As for all these plans and which ones to choose from, it's simple

if you want to loose weight theres a specific guideline.

for a man it's you are ment to have a calorie intake of about 3500 calories. all you have to do is take 500 calories aday off that intake and do some really gentle exercise ie a walk for 20 mins aday, instead of watching your favourite program or just sitting and waiting for it. have a walk outside.

and all you have to do to look at calories, look at the back of the packet to see how many calories perserving, count them restrict your diet by 500 and 250 for a woman. as soon as your exercise takes place, your matabolism kicks in and starts buring the stored deposits of fat that your body has stored, with your intake being near to the normal intake aday your body will loose the excess weight over time instead of quickly which is more dangerous and you will still put it on if you stop

    hope this helps
