Did anyone get their Environment bag that yahoo was supposed to mail?

For those on at least level 2 I think... I heard that they got mailed - I actually DID get my light bulb :) but never saw the bag? Did anyone get yours?

    Got the bag, got 2 bulbs. These programs are usually "first come, first served, limited supply only", so they may have run out of the bags, sorry!

    i'm a level 4 and i have never gotten anything mailed to me
