it's a start, but it's a good start. pollution level will go down over time. demand on fuel will decease, hence the price will fall down. road is conducive for driving cause there's 10000 less jeepneys off the road.
what i would suggest is put 10000 electric jeepneys on the street of the philippines, that's it-- no more no less. would be hard at first but the first step is always the hardest, it's a matter of just not being a sissy to try it.
just imagine the air, traffice, fuel, and eventually the excess electric power the country will be having.

Can you say brownout.lol They have a hard enough time just meeting the current demand for electricity. (No pun intended) :)
Now my question is, will it be the same price for a jeepney fare using the expensive electricity here ?

high electrical power demand...probably more passengers will get stranded at night because of lack of jeepneys (because they are all being plugged)..:)
