Does Superman have any fingerprints?

in a universe where glasses constitute an infallible secret identity, I'd have to say that finger print identification is a bit too much to expect

There is nothing to suggest that Superman does not have fingerprints, but this has nothing to do with his identity as Clark Kent. Presumably, if someone had a means to get both Clark's fingerprints and Superman's and then compare fingerprints, they could deduce that Superman was Clark Kent.

It's a matter of the circumstances never arising to collect and compare fingerprints.

He does, but it's just a plot hole left out so that the franchise can continue.
