John Leclair? Is he still playing hockey? What team?

I know that John was playing for the Pittsburgh Penguins last year, they released him. Does anyone know if he has been picked up by another team, or has he decided to retire?

He is playing in a retirement home league somewhere in Vermont.

who cares! hes washed up and wont do anything good for a team, hes way past his prime. He has made a lot of money in the NHL and I doubt anyone will ever sign him again (Maybe Clarke if he ever comes a GM again cuz he likes the old players) . He also refuses to play in the AHL and so i think he is done, but he is actually a free agent hoping to get signed but will never happen

as I recall, his only real contribution last year was to the other teams when he took out Malkin (Yeah, I know they're on the same team) and made him miss several games at the start of the season.

Per the NHLPA, he's not signed anywhere.
