weight loss with a twist?

how I can lose weight ..........I eat healthy small meals no junk but here's the twist I'm disabled and I can't exercise please help!! no smart *** answers please

    I am not sure how disabled you are, but if you can move much at all, there are exercises designed to be done sitting in a chair. My mother has 9 screws in her ankle, a hip replacement and had a light stroke during the hip replacement surgery. She exercises in the chair and uses some small weights, just a couple of pounds, to add some additional punch to the exercises. One of them is Chair Dancing, Sit Down and Tone Up by Jodi Stolove and the other one is Sit Tight by Richard Simmons. The one by Richard Simmons is designed for people who are wheelchair bound or too overweight to do regular workouts. Hope these work for you, my Mother likes them a lot.

    Focus on doing just what you are: eating healthy small meals and no junk. Visit freedieting.com. They will give you a number of calories to eat everyday if you mark that you're not exercising. Sip green tea 1/2 hr before eating. This will burn some of the fat from your meal. Be sure to eat at frequent intervels, every 3-4 hrs, to keep your metabolism up and burning.
