Filene's basement type of store in Phoenix?

Are there any stores in the Phoenix area similar to Filene's in Chicago and Boston, that sell recently discounted but nice merchandise?

    Check out the "Last Chance" Stores, it's Nordstrom's related store. There is one in the Camelback Collenade on Camelback and 18th st.

    Like the first posted said, Nordstrom's "Last Chance" or "My Sister's Closet" (24th street and Camelback).
