Does anyone know where I can rent a kiln in the Chicago area?
I teach ceramics and need to rent or use a kiln. Does anyone know of any art studios in the Chicagoland area that allow people to rent kilns for use?

Try the Lill Street Galleries (http://www.lillstreet.com/). In addition to being an art gallery, it's also gives classes and studio time to local artists where you can used their equipment (including a kiln) for your work.

I dont know, but perhaps you could call and speak to someone at the art institute, various art departments at some of the city colleges, or universitys

call the school of the art institute, or go there and talk to the ceramics dept teachers. I'm sure they have their own, in addition to the ones in the school.
