"A Coming Evil". Summary..?

Hey, I was wondering if there was a summary for the book "A Coming Evil" by Vivian Vande Velde. I have read some of the book but not enough to do a one page book report and it be good. So can someone help me out with that? Any where on the web is fine or even person summary's is fine. Also any tips on the book.
