How to get stains off white tee?

How can i get spaghetti sauce stains and what not out of a white pro club tshirt? They are 100% cotton.

Another question...

How can i keep my white shirts looking brand new? Does vinegar really work?

Thanks

    Well you have 2 options

first you can use the conventional bleach or chlorine which easily remove stains from white tees

second you can be all natural by using vinegar , it also works!

you can use both to keep it fresh and new!

First, do your best washing the stain off manually (as much as you can do without risking damaging the shirt) then wash your shirt in bleach (unless there's printing on your shirt you want to preserve), that'll forcefully fade the stain. Then once it's dry use alcohol wipes to further eat away at what's left of it. Then wear your shirt for a day (this is important, but don't worry, the stain won't be that noticeable if anything's left), but be careful not to stain it further otherwise you'll have to repeat from step one. Do the following if there's still some stain left: once the day's over, use alcohol wipes on the stain again, then do it again in the morning, then wash the remains of the stain manually, then wash once again with bleach in the washer, then scrub the area where the stain was one last time with an alcohol wipe once your shirt is dry to ensure none of the stain is left. If there's trace amounts of the stain left, then just realize you did the best you can and also that others probably won't notice at this point anyway. I have plenty of experience since I own a lot of white t-shirts. The worst to get out are grape juice and chocolate, but I've gotten those out before.

first try oxyclean with WARM water not hot

the hot can set the stains forever

    if thats not enough

biz is the next move it must be soaked in a sink or bucket for a few hours it contains enzymes that break up organic stains in this case alcohol and food die and what ever you ate

    good luck

sometimes you just need to repeat the process if it looks like you make progress

When you put them in the wash use bleach, follow the directions on the bottle. The bleach pens to go might make it go away for a while... but it'll come back.
