Is it OK to wear a college ring years after you graduate college?
I like how it looks, my fiancee thinks it's unfashionable. What do you think?

i think its an accomplishment. its something you conquered and the ring is just a reminder of what you went through, i say its fine. i would be proud to wear mine every day.

Unfashionable? I'll bet she thinks the money the education brings in is fashionable, though, doesn't she?
You worked for that ring...wear it with pride. A college ring is NEVER unfashionable, so I don't know where your fiancee is getting that garbage from.

Depends what kind of ring I suppose. I graduated as an Electrical Engineer and I'm obligated to wear my ring on the pinky finger of my working hand for as long as I continue to practice. This ring is quite small and fashionable as I am told but if it was something that you bought and do not have to wear then do what YOU want to do and not what someone else wants you to do.

Go ahead, wear it, it shows people how smart you are, you know that most people dont have a college education? My dad is working on is 6 year degree now, because he didnt go to college when he was younger, he is almost 50!
