Has anyone gotton money for completing the National Household Travel Survey?

We have been getting mail to complete the National Household Travel Survey and they have been including cash money. Does anyone know if this is a scam to gain our trust or personal information?

1: Are you a morning, afternoon or evening person? || Out of those choices, evening, definitely. But overall, I'm a night person. :) not a morning person. At all. Lol. 2: How many countries have you traveled to? || Never traveled to any countries. I live in the USA and have only been to couple states, but never another country. That's on my list of things to do tho! 3: Are you a dog or cat person? || Oh geez, don't make me choose! I love both so much! 4: Do you have any bad habits? ( if, then tell them) || I'm constantly biting or picking at my lip until it hurts really bad, sometimes bleeds. Im terrible at biting my nails :O 5: Do you ever talk to yourself in public? || Sometimes, lol. Not in a crazy way tho. 6: Which Internet Activity are you addicted to? || Yahoo|Answers, watching YouTube videos. 7: Do you prefer Tea or Coffee? || I really don't drink either. But I much prefer coffee. 8: What is your Favorite Movie Genre? || Well, these days, action. But in the 90s, 80s etc comedies and horror were best. Horror movies really aren't scary anymore, and "comedies" now aren't really funny, they are usually just plain stupid. Tho I do like some. I also like syfi. 9: When's your b-day? || September 5th :) 10: why did you take this survey? || I absolutely love survies, I think they're fun! :D you should do more.
