SBB&T said they mailed my tax refund on 6/25,but i've not received it. Why is it taking so long?

If they really mailed it then, it sounds like it's lost in the mail somewhere. That does happen, although not often.
Ask them what you have to do to get it replaced, since you never got it.

Just who are SBB&T and why are they mailing you a tax refund? I've never heard of an organization by that name. Most tax refund I know of usually come from the IRS or the State, or even City or County government if that is how that particular city or county operates. Please explain so you can get a good answer to your question...
