Are We Dupes of the Media?

Funny, I thought the media was hiding who McCain/Palin really is. Funny how that happens.

Yes. But the move away from traditional media can do nothing but help the situation. I think that the free flow of information (and that includes the mass amounts of disinformation) can actually improve the news cycles they carry for the corporate media over the long term.

But many other factors contribute to simply more information. More accountability for those to contribute actual news as opposed to opinion and editorial; more emphasis on local groups to report information on a small scale budget to a large scale audience; and the basic objectivity of the audience itself.

Many solutions to almost any problem can be handled on the small scale and seem, at the same time, impossibly untouchable on a large scale. What one tends to forget is that the large scale is nothing but a lot of the smaller forces that are in play.

In other words, do what you can in your own neck of the woods to serve as example for others.

Whoever pays any attention to mainstream media is, of course, getting duped. So, don't watch it and surf the web for the Truth.

Yes the media is not to be considered when trying to figure out what is going on. I love how it gets blamed on them being liberals though. The right is just as screwed up. Both sides: "its your fault were better than you" all the time. When is every one going to wake up and smell the corruption. Republocrats don't give a damn about you.
