have you ever eaten carrot salad From Libby's? then you have notice that the carrots are very thinly shredded?

do you know the kind of shredder they us and if you know...please tell me where to get one. thanks

    Most food processors, even inexpensive ones, have a disc with the tiny shredding holes, and that's going to be much less tedious than doing it by hand, if it is an option for you.

    You just use the smaller holes on a regular food grader.
