Can blind people see their dreams? ?

Yes. Blind people do see, just not in the way your or I do. I've yet to meet a blind person that didn't perceive things in at least a few shades of color with occasional abstract shapes. There have been studies where people were temporarily blinded and when sight was restored the people were able to accurately describe a person they didn't meet until after they were blinded, even if they had never touched the person.
I can't imagine that being any different for their dreams.
