Help! I need to find a reliable/reasonable location to exchange USD to HKD. Where should I go?

I heard their are many places that charge extra for non-acct plus transaction fee. It would be great if you guys/gals can refer a place close to Tsimshatsui.

    Yes! I've heard Wing Hoi Money Exchange at Mirador Mansions in Nathan Road offers excellent rates :)
