Translation from German to English?
Could someone please translate the following German words to English?
Onlinerinnen:
Nutzungsplanerinnen:
Offlinerinnen:
I've already used Google Language Tools and FreeTranslation.com with no luck so please don't respond with their definitions.
Many Thanks!

Not really that simple, since English doesn't distinguish between male and female with most words. The German suffixes -in (singular) and -innen (plural) refer to the female form of a word.
onliners
use zone planers (Nutzungsplan = use zone plan)
offliners
Bookmark this online dictionary, it's the best I know: http://dict.leo.org/
EDIT: oh, you don't want their definitions, but maybe you should have provided those. I just googled them and saw that an Onliner is someone who uses the internet, an Offliner is someone who doesn't, and a Nutzungsplaner is someone who is planning to get an internet connection set up.
That changes the way you have to translate that last word completely.
In that context you cannot translate Nutzungsplaner with a single word, because the meaning wouldn't be conveyed.
Maybe "usage planner" but that probably doesn't make much sense either.
Or "planners of utilization" as Shelby put it. That works.
