What's better for anxiety, 60 mg. of pheno or 1 mg of ativan?

I agree with Mental Survivor - Xanax is better than both, BUT

You shouldn't use it long-term...

And if your anxiety problem is a long-term one, you should use additional medication like an anti-depressant which helps for chronic anxiety. (This doesn't necessarily mean you have depression, but it alleviates the anxiety in the long term). Xanax is for immediate relief for circumstance-bound anxiety attacks.

Anxiety is not a disease and I would prefer that you take none. Why injest chemical compounds and as we know every chemical compound has its side effects? Anxiety can immediately be reduced by sitting down and calmly writing down point by point, all the points...on what you are anxious about! Then write what will happen if......, again all the points. Now write all the possible solutions. Select the best and follow that, ok?............. thumbs up for me?
