Can I get around a charging order?

I was recently made redundant and have fallen behind with my personal loan repayments and the loan company have applied for a charging order on my house. Can I avoide this by putting the house in my sisters name? Any help would be much appreciated.

Can't get a charging order before a CCJ. I would take legal advice.

    P.S. Mrs Rose below?

He will only be the kind hearted God fearing Mr nice guy until you miss a payment on said loan.

Then he will hound you and your children to the ends of the Earth, making your every waking moment a misery until he gets his original $58k + about another $150k in interest payments.

no because anything moved in the past five years could be encumbered just because people pull that stuff

Nope. That's fraud and it's actionable.
