WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF ALCOHOLIC VOMITING?

First of all, do not lecture me. I have tried to stop drinking for long. I have been to more than 10 rehabilitation centers including one with Dr.Drew, but I am having a lot of pain because I keep vomiting when I wake up and have my first few drinks. Does anyone know the physical causes of this. The vomiting is so intense I can't even reach for something more acceptable to puke in,hence my carpet is pretty much ruined.

stomach acid is very strong and your body wants to rid of the toxins. your best bet is to have some oatmeal for breakfast and some apple juice. try to eat something. even baby food will help you, as, it is easily digested. and by the way niacin (the real stuff) can stop alcohol cravings. just try to eat...even dry toast with maybe alittle peanut butter.

I don't know what causes the vomiting but if you eat bread or other filling foods while you drink you won't puke in the morning.

    Wish you the best,

Alcohol toxicity is causing it. You're overworking your liver by drinking so much. Your liver can't keep up. If this goes on, you'll eventually ruin your liver (liver failure).
