What [in your personal experience] have you seen in the Hazing process or Initation?
Im looking into Omega Psi Phi {Que's}
I just want to know what to expect

Do they have Que's in Michigan? what colleges?

I believe you mean Fraternity instead of Paternity. Also, you should use discretion. No one is going to reveal to you the process of what goes on during membership intake. Also, hazing is illegal.
Check out: www.omegapsiphifraternity.org and you could find chapters around the US. Also, all the requirements for membership will be listed on the website. Such as: GPA, letters of recommendation,etc... Remember to use discretion!
